I am going to see Transformers 2 tonight at midnight. The other day I watched the original animated movie from the 80's. Here are my thoughts on the old movie.
Starting off the original animated movie… "It's the year 2005" You would think for a movie they would have done a better job on cinematics for a movie than they did for the TV show.
I read this post once about this instructor in Japan who said the movie was the worst movie ever. It destroyed his idealistic view of Transformers.
I have to agree 100%. Actually more. The movie has so many inconsistencies. Too many deaths too easy. Just to sell new toys. The TransFormer cartoons since have been crap. Beast Wars, crap! TransFormers Cybertron, crap! TransFormers Armada, crap! TransFormers Energon, crap! What ever the new one is called, crap!
The death of Optimus Prime is something that will go down in history as the worst movie moment. Mostly because it was lame. Weak.
Galvatron seems like a psychotic nitwit and Rodimus Prime a pansy.
